Jesus Never Had No Peanut Butter Cup
Sep 27, 2019
The Mama brought me home a gift,
Half empty it were, contents known
I didn’t mind. No way, not at all.
There ain’t nothin’ better than a peanut butter cup
I just couldn’t hep myself. I cried out so loud,
I saw numbers of tears runnin’ down
Oh, Jesus, when we see you,
Then one day I went to heaven.
Things were mighty different;
I kept wonderin’ what to say
He might look at me and say,
I got in line and told the feller
“I’ve got a gift for him. A surprise.”
If ever you meet Jesus, I can say for sure,
He looked at me and
One bite is all it took.
I can’t say no more about it.
